A few years ago, I was living a life many women can relate to—working a demanding corporate job, hopping from diet to diet, and trying to keep up in a fast-paced, masculine world. Despite external success, I felt disconnected, ungrounded, and out of sync with my true self. I didn’t understand energy or how to manage it, and I wasn’t in touch with my body or my emotions. I didn’t know how to show up as my best self.
Then, I got inspired to change my life. I joined a Pilates studio and committed to taking at least five classes a week. My body started transforming and I was more connected to my body than ever before. But the real shift came when I discovered Reiki. That’s when everything began to open up in ways I never could have imagined.
A psychic medium once told me I was a healer, but I didn’t understand what that meant. After finding my spiritual mentor, I dove into self-discovery, spent years in mentorships, and became a certified Oracle card reader through Colette Baron-Reid's Oracle School. The "woo world" opened up to me and changed my life.
Along the way, I found Louise Hay’s work, which completely changed my perspective on healing. In her book, You Can Heal Your Life, I learned that our thoughts shape our reality—and our bodies reflect our emotional landscape. I was struggling with my second bout of plantar fasciitis in my left ankle. The pain had become so intense that I could only wear one pair of sandals, which I wore every day for over a year. After learning that our legs represent our ability to move forward in life and that the left side is tied to feminine energy, I started to connect the dots. I realized that I was holding onto deep fears about intimacy in my relationship—fears that were blocking me emotionally and manifesting physically.
After diving deeper into my emotional work, I had a breakthrough during meditation: I realized that my entire life experience was a reflection of my own beliefs and behaviors, and that I had the power to change it. I stood up from that meditation and my ankle pain was completely gone. The plantar fasciitis disappeared immediately. It was a profound moment that confirmed what Louise Hay had taught me: that our thoughts and emotions directly impact our health. The mental pattern I had been holding on to for so long had physically manifested in my body, and once I released it, the pain was gone.
Today, I’m fully connected to my body and grounded in my energy. I work with the Universe to create a life I never imagined possible. My healing journey continues, and I’m grateful to help others do the same. Whether through Reiki, body connection, or simply sharing my story, I’m here to guide you to create a new relationship with yourself and embrace the magic of self-love.

I was certified as a licensed Heal Your Life® coach and workshop leader through master trainer, Dr. Patricia Crane, who was trained by Louise Hay herself.
I received my Reiki 1 and 2 certifications through a 9 month mentorship with my mentor, Joy Giovanni. After that, I completed a 10 month Master Reiki mentorship for both level 3 Reiki and psychic development.
In addition to Reiki, I am also a certified Oracle card reader through Colette Baron-Reid’s Oracle School.
I found my athleticism later in life by falling in love with Pilates in my late thirties. I immediately became a dedicated student, earning my 500-hour comprehensive (reformer, mat, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, & barrel) certification.
Pilates has greatly improved my life and I want to help you change yours for the better as well.
